I am assuming School parents and kids ...
Maybe you can tell them that the 'high scores' , 'grades' and 'percentiles' only get you to the Interview .. they don't get you the jobs.
Its the GD and PI ultimately which get you the job. And the Interviewers are looking for 'soft skills' during these sessions.
Technical know how and marks put you at par with other contestants for the job
Qualities like team work, self-presentation, confidence, thinking skills, etc ... are the ones which actually result in a job offer
You don't just need the right answer ... You need to answer it in the right manner !
